     Every contract CRA presented to you will have years of independent monitoring experience.  And ThinkTank recruiters talk with each CRA extensively to best assess his/her candidacy for your project.  Finally, every CRA undergoes employment verifications, reference checks, background investigations, and urine drug screens (upon employer request) prior to beginning work with you.
